There are numerous sports opportunities in Rapallo: sailing, diving and equipped diving center, canoeing, swimming, tennis, mini-golf, Golf Club with 18 hole golf course, horse riding, trekking.

Rapallo has two municipal stadiums, one Olympic-size swimming pool, tennis courts (two Tennis Club, one at the golf club and the other in Santa Maria del Campo), riding, shooting, basketball, volleyball and fencing. In the Summer pool there is the possibility of renting sun-beds, deck-chairs and sun-umbrella and enjoy the snack bar. The facility also offers ample area, volleyball, table tennis and relaxation areas

For mountain bikers there is one of the few equipped tracks in Italy: with your bike you can fully enjoy what nature offer in this area, spectacular sea views and terraces planted with vines and olive trees.

Surrounding mountains propose a variety of excursions for hikers: from easy walks for pleasure to longer and challenging trips.

Of particular note is the 18-hole golf course, until now the only course in the province of Genoa. The Golf Club Rapallo, is less than 1 km from the civic center.

In the port area you cannot forget the Nautical Club and the prestigious Yacht Club of Rapallo. There are also sailing schools and diving centers for enthusiasts and professionals who want to pursue a sea life with scuba diving, sailing courses, patents.

The best and richest seabeds of the entire Tigullio are around Portofino. In the bay of San Fruttuoso divers can enjoy the charming and famous Christ of the Abyss and the Isoela huge coral colonies.
